Our Hall of Honor is a tribute to the active and former members of our military and especially those who are family members of College Park High School students and faculty. A favorite part of our Military Salute is viewing the many posters displayed and learning about the service of parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles.
Honor a family member who has served, or is currently serving, in any branch of the military by creating and submitting your tribute on a half sheet of poster board (vertical or horizontal) to be laminated and displayed along the hall. (Examples Below)
Use photographs, taken during their service if possible, and include their name, rank, and a short paragraph about the person. Some posters include short comments or stories about their service which add interest or decorations. Just keep them flat (no glitter) because they will be laminated and retained for future Military Salute programs.
Posters are due THURSDAY, NOV 2nd so they can be laminated and displayed. After that date, we will display only if time permits to laminate and hang them.
