Choir Dues

Conroe ISD provides limited funding for UIL Contest Entry Fees, Curricular Concert Accompanists, some Clinician Fees, some Sheet Music and Letter Jacket Awards. CISD also provides a modest Travel Line that covers limited Transportation Costs.

Choir Dues have been created in order to consolidate the cost of required purchases of each student and for expenditures made on behalf of the Choral Department as a whole. These Dues cover funds not provided by CISD. Choir Dues are $75 per Student.

By honoring this commitment, the following items are included :
● Rental/Maintenance of CISD Issued Formal Uniforms
● Choir Supplies (Choir Binder, etc.)
● Sheet Music & Tracks
● TMEA All-State Audition Entry Fees
● Non-UIL Contest/Festival Entry Fees
● Transportation to certain Events & Performances
● Fees for some Social Activities
SENIOR Student Choir Banquet Ticket
● Parental Voting Privileges in the Cavalier Choir Booster Club
● Resources and Subscriptions that benefit Student Education

The following items are NOT included:
Mandatory Informal Choir Polo (must purchase by 09/17/2021)
● UIL Solo and Ensemble Contest Entry Fees
● Tickets for Charged Events
● Spring Trip
● Private Voice Lessons
● Additional expenses associated with Specialty Choirs
● Fees for some Social Activities
● Choir Banquet Ticket (Underclassman Only)

The $75 Choir Dues are payable by sending Check/Cash (payable to Cavalier Choir Boosters) with your student to the Choir Room. Online purchases are available through the Cavalier Choir Boosters’ PayPal Account (note additional fees will apply).

Choir Dues should be paid on or before Friday, September 17th. In the event you have difficulty making the complete payment by this date, please contact us at as soon as possible for alternate payment options.
