All Students are required to purchase an INFORMAL CHOIR POLO, which is worn for various events and performances throughout the year. If you have previously purchased an Informal Polo, you may continue to use the same polo this year.

The Informal Choir Polo is $40 (Cash, Check, or Debit/Credit Card). If you plan to pay with cash or check, please complete the form and send it with your student. It can be placed in the blue box in the choir room. Envelopes are available.

We reserve the right to substitute styles based on vendor availability at the time of purchase.
