UIL Rehearsal Schedule

All choir members are to attend all rehearsals/clinics.  If you are unable to attend, you are allowed 1 excused absence (refer to choir handbook for how to obtain an excused absence- no advance notice…no excused absence- the form is in CANVAS). 

If you miss more than one rehearsal, you will do a private demonstration of skills to determine your ability to sing at UIL and/or a written report.  PLEASE PLAN CAREFULLY! We can help arrange rides – just let us know! This is the only homework for this class.  It would not be assigned if it were not important. Your success is in your VERY capable hands (and voices).

Treble (Cantabile-2nd)

Varsity Treble (Chorale 4th and 6th Soprano and Altos) – one of these dates will be a CLINIC and will go until 4:45

ALL CHOIRS*** Pre-UIL Concert – Thursday, March 20 at 7:00 p.m.

There will be an updated schedule with possible rehearsals pre-concert given the week before the concert (based on progress in class and other rehearsals)

UIL Concert and Sight-reading Contest: APRIL 9-11 – Must be eligible by 3/7/2025 (end of the 3rd 9 weeks). We will know our singing schedule one week before the contest and will be looking for chaperones at that point.  The first day of contest will be at Willis HSand the second two days at Klein Cain HS.
